Best laundromat experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many all over Ontario/BC. The Laundrocat App integration makes this a dream scenario of knowing what’s open, cycle times, and tap payments on machines. As well, Patty and Lila are incredibly hospitable and kind. Absolute go-to.
Wonderful, helpful and amazing STAFF the ladies are friendly, professional and are always willing to help. My first experience in a very very long time at a laundromat I put to much soap in the machine 😩, was so embarrassed but told the girls what I had done. They were so willing to help fix the problem. I very much appreciated Lila and Stephanie’s get in there and help attitude. They were very understanding . I have machines at home but love to come here now. The laundry is done in no time and the place is clean, so much is available that you could want or need. Btw the tea is good also. Also, I lost my wedding ring and thought maybe it had come off while doing laundry. I called and Claudia answered. What an angel she was compassionate and caring. I felt that if my ring was there it was safe. Oh I found my ring in my coat pocket late that night. I came to Tommy Suds next morning early and found Claudia to share the great news. The girls really cared and went above and beyond to help me.
Was my first time and the experience was amazing supper nice staff and very informative. Super good service, machines were clean. Very intrigued on trying the drop of laundry will leave a review on that if I do it, good prices 👍🏼👍🏼❤️ thank you Stephanie and Lila for your hard work 👑
Best place to go for quality service and machines, cost wise its awesome as well. They now have an app that you can use for some of the machines, and it tells you what is available before you come to save you time. Been going for 6 years and never a bad experience. The ladies are amazing!
It’s time for another positive review! I needed to wash a larger and heavier blanket that simply put too much pressure on the home washer and dryer. Needless to say the last time I attempted to wash this blanket at home, nearly took me out 🥴. After searching for a laundromat I came across Tommy Suds, which was on one of my routes. Today, I finally made it here and it was a positive experience. I grew up going to wash-houses and know that the experience can go either way. I was pleased with how clean the place was, the fact the everything was laid out clearly, that there was adequate seating, and that the operations allowed various convenient ways for all customers to pay and utilize the services . They even offer an app that would show you the time remaining on your services. Talk about convenient if you had other errands to run. They also have a cafe area where you can get something to eat or drink. They also sell washing supplies if you needed anything. What I loved most is the exceptional service that I received from Stuti and Claudia. They both went above and beyond to assist me and ensure a seamless first time experience. They are both personable, efficient, outstandingly professional. Hands down I am blown away by the phenomenal customer service and positive experience. Thank you Stuti and Claudia! Stay absolutely awesome.
I love Tommy Suds, the staff is awesome and the facilities are great… my one sore spot is I put 50 on a card to use on the machines And because they are not all switched over, I have to go take a service charge of over three dollars on an ATM to get change because the machines are not all set to the card system so I do wish you would make it either all or nothing as you see card ones full… coin ones empty
