Having broke my foot, and healing took three months, my laundry was out of control. I needed help. I found Tommy’s Suds and had all the bags picked up. All my clothes came back in terrific shape, nicely folded, and smelling really good.
I was so pleased and relieved. Laundry pick up and delivery is an excellent serve they provide. Super appreciated. Thanks.
I forgot to mention I had close to eighty pounds of laundry. 3 and a half months generates a lot of laundry. I used six 90 litre garbage bags. It’s no wonder I was overwhelmed. The cost was $160.00 for pick up at my home, delivery at my home, washing, drying, folding, and providing clear bags for my clothes, with cute ribbons tying them. Eighty pounds of laundry. Great deal!!! Look at Tommy Suds website. Totally reasonable. And I only waited one day. Super service!!. I am using them again, when I break my Other foot. Lol.

Went in to wash a comforter in one of the big machines and came away seriously impressed. The facilities are clean and well kept, but the standout was the customer service. Claudia is a fabulous multitasker. She was handling multiple loads, answering customer questions, and patiently helping some of the more senior and confused patrons, all while staying efficient and upbeat. Kudos to you, Claudia!
Bonus points for the comfortable tables where you can actually get work done while you wait, plus a snack bar. If you need a laundromat, definitely check this place out!

Great experience at Tommy Subs Laundry Center on Commissioners Rd in London, Ontario. I was visiting from out of town and using the laundromat for the first time, and the staff made everything really easy.Flavia (hope I spelled correctly)was especially amazing ,super friendly, patient, and helpful. She helped me figure out the payment options and showed me how to run the wash and dry cycles. Really glad I came here as a traveler. Clean place, great service, and very welcoming.

They were great when we had a mountain of laundry to do when decluttering a house. It made it easier for us concentrate on other things! They did great, everything came out clean and was nicely folded and great turn around time. So much so they are going to subscribe the the weekly pick up wash and fold!

I really like the big washing machines it was $8.50 a load but you can fit a bunch of clothes in it also has a little cafe with snacks and drinks I recommend this laundry mat

Like this place! Machines are clean and well maintained( most machines are operable at that time)and easy to use with a helpful staff : thanks to Anna who explains everything in details. There are coin exchange machines, and most washers/dryers are coin-operated; the largest machines accept a laundry card (not credit cards) which is sold on the site . There are 11 parking spots—I visited twice; parking was easy once( after 9am) but needed a short wait the second time( before 9am). There are total 37 washers and 30 dryers:
$3.50 :10(9 working at that time)
$4.25: 10(9)
$9.50 :6(3)
$8.50 :9(9)
$7 :2 (2)
12 (12)big Dryer $.25/3min dry
18 (18)small Dryer $.25/4min dry
From my experience, base wash takes about 22mins and if add extra wash 1$ and extra rinse 1$ each and takes more time.
Overall it is well organized and easy spot to do laundry

First time using a laundromat. Had to use one because of the renovations so I was skeptical about how it would be. The establishment is clean and busy. But lots of washers and dryers available depending on your needs. While waiting, thought of munching on snacks so got French fries. It exceeded my expectations, fresh made nice crispy hot fries. Staff ladies working were easy to talk to and speed of service is good. Great experience.

Best laundromat experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many all over Ontario/BC. The Laundrocat App integration makes this a dream scenario of knowing what’s open, cycle times, and tap payments on machines. As well, Patty and Lila are incredibly hospitable and kind. Absolute go-to.

Wonderful, helpful and amazing STAFF the ladies are friendly, professional and are always willing to help. My first experience in a very very long time at a laundromat I put to much soap in the machine 😩, was so embarrassed but told the girls what I had done. They were so willing to help fix the problem. I very much appreciated Lila and Stephanie’s get in there and help attitude. They were very understanding . I have machines at home but love to come here now. The laundry is done in no time and the place is clean, so much is available that you could want or need. Btw the tea is good also. Also, I lost my wedding ring and thought maybe it had come off while doing laundry. I called and Claudia answered. What an angel she was compassionate and caring. I felt that if my ring was there it was safe. Oh I found my ring in my coat pocket late that night. I came to Tommy Suds next morning early and found Claudia to share the great news. The girls really cared and went above and beyond to help me.

Best place to go for quality service and machines, cost wise its awesome as well. They now have an app that you can use for some of the machines, and it tells you what is available before you come to save you time. Been going for 6 years and never a bad experience.

It’s time for another positive review! I needed to wash a larger and heavier blanket that simply put too much pressure on the home washer and dryer. Needless to say the last time I attempted to wash this blanket at home, nearly took me out 🥴. After searching for a laundromat I came across Tommy Suds, which was on one of my routes. Today, I finally made it here and it was a positive experience. I grew up going to wash-houses and know that the experience can go either way. I was pleased with how clean the place was, the fact the everything was laid out clearly, that there was adequate seating, and that the operations allowed various convenient ways for all customers to pay and utilize the services . They even offer an app that would show you the time remaining on your services. Talk about convenient if you had other errands to run. They also have a cafe area where you can get something to eat or drink. They also sell washing supplies if you needed anything. What I loved most is the exceptional service that I received from Stuti and Claudia. They both went above and beyond to assist me and ensure a seamless first time experience. They are both personable, efficient, outstandingly professional. Hands down I am blown away by the phenomenal customer service and positive experience. Thank you Stuti and Claudia! Stay absolutely awesome.

I love Tommy Suds, the staff is awesome and the facilities are great… my one sore spot is I put 50 on a card to use on the machines And because they are not all switched over, I have to go take a service charge of over three dollars on an ATM to get change because the machines are not all set to the card system so I do wish you would make it either all or nothing as you see card ones full… coin ones empty
