What types of laundry do we wash and fold?
We wash and fold clothes, towels, bedding, comforters, sleeping bags, blankets, and mattress covers. We do not wash and fold feather beds.
How does wash and fold work?
Our wash and fold service at Tommy Suds is as easy and efficient as it gets. Let us handle your laundry with care and expertise. Here’s how it works:
1. You gather your dirty clothes and place them in a laundry bag.
2. You drop off your laundry at Tommy Suds.
3. The staff will sort your clothes by color and fabric type.
4. They will wash your clothes in commercial washing machines and dryers.
5. They will fold your clothes neatly and place them in a clean bag.
6. You can pick up your clean, folded laundry from Tommy Suds.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Yes, we offer free pickup services. When you visit the order page, you’ll find a booking form along with all the necessary details to arrange for pickup. We’re here to assist you every step of the way, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 8:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 8:30pm, and Sunday from 7:30am to 8:30pm. You can drop off your laundry at any time during our business hours.
What if I have special instructions for my laundry?
We’re here to accommodate your preferences. You can provide special instructions for washing, drying, or folding, and we’ll do our best to follow them.
How much is your wash and fold service?
For wash and fold, we do $1.55 per lb (supplies not included) & 15 lb minimum. Comforters and Sleeping bags are $20.00, Down/Feather Duvets are $30.00 and Blankets are $14.00. Low Heat Dry’s are an additional $5.
What detergents do you use?
We use high-quality detergents that are gentle on your clothes and the environment. If you have allergies or specific detergent preferences, feel free to let us know.
How much is to wash on my own?
We have a variety of machines to meet everyone’s needs. Our smallest machines hold about 16lbs and cost $3.25 per load where our largest 50lb machine cost $8.00. Our large dryers are 3 min for .25 and our small dryers are 4 min for .25.
What types of payment do you accept?
We offer coin-operated and card-operated machines. Additionally, we have on-site facilities including a change machine and an ATM for your convenience.
