User Instructions
When you sign up, you’ll be asked to fill in your details and payment info. A valid credit card is required, and all payments are processed securely through Stripe. Plans renew automatically every month.
You’ll also find a section for Special Laundry Instructions—use it to share any preferences, like detergents, drying methods, or fabric care.

Terms of Service
- Monthly Billing: All monthly plans are billed automatically on the same date each month using the credit card provided at sign-up. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Account Responsibility: Customers are responsible for keeping their contact, delivery, and payment information up to date.
- Plan Usage: Each plan is for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred. Unused pickups or allowances do not roll over to the next month.
- Special Instructions: Customers may provide laundry preferences through the “Special Laundry Instructions” section. While we make every effort to follow these requests, we are not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or unclear instructions.
- Service Availability: Pickup and delivery times are subject to availability in your area. We will notify you of any scheduling changes.
Cancellation Policy
- Reactivation: You may reactivate your plan at any time by signing up again through our website.
- Cancel Anytime: Monthly plans can be canceled at any time by submitting a written request.
- Billing Cycles: Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- No Refunds for Partial Months: Once a billing cycle has started, refunds are not provided for unused services. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.
